Where we ship

We ship to Canada and the United States. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before they ship.

Canada

Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $12. Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after your order ships.

United States

Free tracked shipping on every order. Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days after your order ships.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Orders may arrive in more than one package.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by customs or the carrier. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
